After purchasing his new home, Jay’s vision was to transform his basement into a stylish Airbnb suite that mirrors the light, airy feel of his main floor kitchen. By incorporating warm wood tones and thoughtful design elements, we created a space that’s both welcoming and functional. With a layout that maximizes comfort and flow, this basement isn’t just beautiful — it’s built to attract more Airbnb guests and even appeal to potential long-term renters.
