Our client here is Roxanne, and she recently bought a property in Leduc to have the main floor renovated and convert the basement into a Legal Suite. Two previous contractors had tried her vision, but unfortunately, both failed. As people say - the third time's the charm - we're proud to have been just that "third charm." We've brought through this comprehensive renovation and conversion in about two months, yet we meet all legal and quality standards. Updating its look and feel, Roxanne gave us free reign in design, which allowed us to renovate the property across the board to make it more attractive and functional.
